Pulaski Dental needed to evolve from a single-provider practice into a community-facing brand with broader recognition and stronger market presence. The rebrand had to introduce their new state-of-the-art facility and growing team while building credibility and excitement in the Pulaski community.

Solution

We developed and executed a multi-channel campaign that blended strategy, design, and storytelling:

  • Rebranded from Hammerbeck Dental to Pulaski Dental with a fresh, community-centered identity.
  • Designed and produced a cohesive package of launch materials, including event invites, flyers, email newsletters, and social media campaigns.
  • Introduced a refreshed color palette anchored in bold chartreuse and deep black, aligning the visual identity with the new modern facility.
  • Created distinctive, memorable collateral, from square-shaped brochures that stood out from typical dental leave-behinds to premium spot-gloss business cards and review-request cards with QR codes.

Result

  • Grand Opening drew several thousand attendees, nearly one-third of the Pulaski community.
  • Practice tripled monthly new patient acquisition.
  • Pulaski Dental has since scaled to four full-time dentists and continues to expand its offerings.
